St. Paul Lutheran Church
Fall Stewardship Campaign
Strength for the Journey: Faith, Hope and Love
St. Paul is presently conducting our Fall Stewardship Campaign, the results of which will be used to prepare our 2021 budget. The theme of the campaign is Strength for the Journey: Faith, Hope and Love. 2020 has been a difficult year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Families have been touched by illness, death, job loss and the burden of online education, and, due to the coronvirus, we have been unable to worship together in person. Nevertheless, the work of the church has continued. Due to the generosity of our members, we have been able to support a growing number of local hunger initiatives, and we continue to maintain our commitment to the New Jersey Synod and the ELCA, enabling the larger church to continue to combat hunger, disease, disaster and injustice in New Jersey, the USA and around the world.
Members should have already received a third letter from our Stewardship Committee, which includes a 2021 Commitment card. We ask everyone to prayerfully consider what they are able to pledge to support the work of the church and return the Plan for Giving portion of the card on Commitment Sunday, November 22 or as soon as possible thereafter .
The Plan for Giving portion of the card requests your name, address and contact information and the amount you plan to give. The information may be submitted to St. Paul in a number of ways, as below and as printed on the reverse side of the card you received:

We anticipate that many challenges will present themselves in the coming year. We ask that you consider growing in your giving as you make your 2021 financial committment to support the ministries within and beyond our congregation.
Thank you for your partnership in the Gospel.
